Refund policy


Products can be returned with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

    * Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for all returned items in advance.
    * The shipping representative receives the products from the customer within 3 working days.
    * Packages and packing materials must be in their original condition.

You may not return or exchange any of the following products:

    * Which have been previously damaged or used by the customer or are in a condition different from how it was received.

    * Any products that have been tampered with.

    * Products that have been bought through any other source than our website. In this case, please return directly to the vendor you have purchased the products from.

    * Products that are mixed with other items after delivery.
